On 17–19 November 2025, Ekphatthana Deposit-Taking Microfinance Institution worked with a communications specialist from Australia by conducting site visits to review internal office operations and field activities, interviewing staff and clients who use the services, in order to create profiles and write stories about the impacts of the business resulting from EMI’s operations.
