ໃນຕົ້ນເດືອນ ກັນຍາ 2022 ຜ່ານມານີ້, ທ່ານ ນາງ ບຸນຕາ ບູລົມ ຮອງອຳນວຍການ ແລະ ທ່ານ ນາງ ທິບພະກອນ ຊະນະໄຊ ຫົວໜ້າພະແນກການເງິນ-ການບັນຊີ ສກຈຮ ເອກພັດທະນາ ໄດ້ຮັບກຽດເປັນຄູຝຶກໃນການ “ຝຶກອົບຮົມຫຼັກສູດ ບໍລິຫານການເງິນຈຸລະພາກ MFMCC” ລຸ້ນ 21 ເຊິ່ງໄດ້ຝຶກອົບຮົມໃນວິຊາ ການບໍລິຫານຊັບພະຍາ ກອນມະນຸດ ແລະ ທັກສະການເປັນຜູ້ນຳ, ການບໍລິຫານຜົນການດຳເນີນງານດ້ານການເງິນ ແລະ ສັງຄົມ, ການບັນຊີ ແລະ ລະບົບບໍລິຫານຂໍ້ມູນ.
ການຝຶກອົບຮົມດັ່ງກ່າວແມ່ນຈັດຂຶ້ນໂດຍ ສະມາຄົມການເງິນຈຸລະພາກລາວ ຮ່ວມກັບທະນາຄານແຫ່ງ ສປປ ລາວ ທີ່ຫ້ອງຝຶກອົບຮົມການເງິນຈຸລະພາກລາວ, ນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ.
The beginning of September 2022 Ms. Bounta BOULOM Deputy Director and Ms.Thipphakone XANAXAY Accounting and Finance Manager of EMI was invited to be a Trainer of Training on Microfinance Finance Management Certificate Course, Batch 21 for the subject of HR Management and Good Leadership, Social and Financial Management, Accounting and MIS Management.
This training was arranged by Lao Microfinance Association together with Bank of Lao PDR at the Conference Room of LMFA, Vientiane Capital.
